What do we do different?
We use Japanese Black Wagyu genetics as this breed is renowned the world over for producing the very best quality beef.
Our cattle are free range eating grass in the summer and silage in the Winter. Calves are allowed to stay with their mothers and are not weaned prematurely. They are then allowed to grow slowly until 38 months or more.
We have found that the best results are got when the beef is hip hung on the bone and dry aged for four weeks as a complete quarter of beef at a time.
When the beef is at its best, our butchers expertly break the carcass into all cuts.
We make our burgers after this ageing process and because of the level of marbling in the beef, we are able to keep them at 100% beef with a little salt for seasoning.
Once all cuts are made, we put the beef into parcels and blast freeze all the cuts. The rapid freezing ensures that the quality of the beef is maintained at it's best.

We will deliver your parcel of beef by overnight courier for free anywhere in Ireland for orders over 2kg. Orders under 2kg have a 15 Euro shipping charge. Orders to GB mainland cost 30 Euro Delivery under 2kg and 20 Euro Delivery over 2kg.

All of our beef is delivered frozen and is best allowed to thaw on the top shelf of your fridge for 36 hours before you wish to use it. As soon as you receive your parcel, put all beef into your freezer.
